Review content:
I can't review the actually Gym teachers, because I have been so discouraged by the front desk staff. When I first came in to get information I waited and waited while the lady was on her cell phone talking about her day to someone and what her kids are up to. Then when another lady walked in to help it was more like what do you want? I got the information for my kids and the helpers at open Gym were very nice. I just called again (months later) to ask about classes and was told "Hold on, Im with a customer" I said okay, no problem. Then 15 minutes later I realized no one was coming back. I hope to rate this gym higher if I can ever get past the front desks lack of customer service.
