Review content:
This is a bigger version of the "what If" on 2nd street in Harrisburg. This place is nothing like the cuteness of the 2nd street. This is a very formal dining environment. Food was good. Atmosphere is nice except you feel like you are below ground.
Food has that more restaurant feel then the 2nd street right out of mom's kitchen feeling. Full bar and wine list. A nice place to take a date and talk.
Wait staff was nice. A good place to try for something different. Dress is not jeans but can be worn.
