They were scheduled for january 3rd or 4th for pick-up and the driver called on the 3rd to advise us that the truck had a violation and the driver had to sit at aq department of transportation station for 12 hours and would alter our pick-up date by one day which at first I felt was not true but when they arrived in the afternoon of the 5th they provided me the documentation to my amazement and I felt a littel more at ease. Once they started loading everything the stress was reduced 100 fold because these guys did a great job. David was friendly and advised me on how to pack some of the boxes I still had to pack during the loading process and even packed 3 boxes fro me free of charge. I really was not happy about having to move and even more uneasy about having strangers pack and load all of our belongings and drive away with them but the whole process was really quite easy and stress-free and I would really recommend calling this company and at least giving them a shot. They were definately not the cheapest but far from the most expensive and honesty goes a long way with us. Great job and thank you very much.
