So far, just setting an appointment seems to be a difficult task. I first called and emailed 11 days ago for an appointment. 4 days later I received an email from Rachel explaining that she could not accommodate 3 of us at the same time and that one location was in a medical clinic. All very reasonable. I responded by email the same day, saying which options of the ones she offered we could do. 8 days later and I have had no confirmation response, despite leaving emails yesterday. I need to know what time we can do the massages in order to plan for the rest of our girl's weekend. When I called, the message directed me to the on-line scheduling (did that initially also) or to leave a message for "me" but "me" was never identified, so I've no idea if "me" is Rachel or someone else. There was also a option to call Carly at a different number while "me" was not in the office. I'll do this. But I am finding it so stressful to coordinate a simple massage I am wondering if this poor organization and service to make the appointment is indicative of a poorly run business in the first place. I will commit to reviewing again once we've had the massages. Hopefully, our experience will be glowing and the complaint will be limited to their office operations only.
