I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS--My last appointment with Rama was on 9/10/10 and my body has been transformed. I will be 50 this coming April 2011 and my body feels as good or better than when I was in my early 30’s. My treatment started in 7/2010 and I was skeptical on my first few visits, however by my 3rd visit I was sure I had found a “fountain of youth”. I have had on going problems with my lower back, pelvic, left hip, left leg, TMJ and my right shoulder. I had an injury in 05 to my left shoulder and neck, I had surgery on my left shoulder in October 09 due to not getting the right therapy and wish I had found Rama then. After the work Rama did on my left shoulder my range of motion increased by about 60% and the pain was down by at least 40%. Mind you, even though I had been though physical therapy at least 24 times I had not gotten any relief or increased range of motion. My neck is now my biggest concern as far as the pain. The work Rama did on my neck actually help with the stiffness and headaches, I have bulging disks and he is not a miracle worker. My body is still learning the new patterns and getting better every day. Like I said, he is not a miracle maker, but he is a talented and accomplished healer. As time passes on I find that my shoes don’t fit like they use to. The old pattern worn in my shoes really proves to me that my body has changed, it’s like wearing someone else’s shoes. Yes, I had to get new shoes. I also have curves where a woman likes to have curves. His massages are wonderful as well, but the Structural Integration was the key for me. I breath deeper, walk taller, lighter and my posture is incredible, and it hurts to slouch, a constant reminder to be on my sitting bones. Before this work I always complained of having a boney but, well no more. This was the best investment for my well being and health that I could have done. I highly recommend this to anyone that is feeling like your body is giving up on you. I am raising my 3 year old grandson and prior to my visits with Rama I was having a hard time keeping up. Now I can run, jump, skip and play with him without being in pain all night and the next day. I have cut my pain meds almost out of my life, YEAH. I highly recommend this work to anyone. Ladies following one on the sessions my face looked as though I had a mini facelift, my chicken neck and joules have been diminished and my cheeks are more prominent. I will say this again, Rama is not a miracle worker; you have to put in some work. If you would like to talk with me I am sure Rama will get us in touch. By the way he also has some pretty dorky jokes. This man is a professional, he is sensitive to your needs and he is a good listener. My life has been enhanced by knowing Rama Davis. I can’t thank him enough.
