Review content:
THE WORST! I usually buy all my Honda parts here, but I guess this is how they reward their customers. Had multiple purchases with the guy that usually is at the parts counter. This most recent, and final, purchase I was originally quoted $3.xx a piece for wheel studs over the phone. I had to work so I had a friend show up to buy them for me. The person at the counter "Elaine Zayas" charged $5.60 per stud, which is actually more expensive than list price for other dealerships. When my friend objected she told him "I never heard of a discount, tell your friend to come back and buy it". He called me, but I was in a rush so I told him to buy it anyway. Will never return to this dealership again. If they will do this BAIT AND SWITCH tactic just to sell you some $5 parts (ACTUAL price less than $3), I can't imagine how they would SCAM customers that are buying cars.
For comparison, even Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos, which is usually the most expensive, quoted even less than Diamond's over-the-phone price! I didn't buy it from them because they only had one stud in stock, big mistake!! I should have told my friend to spend it all on gas and bought him lunch, I would've saved money that way!
