have worked with Laura Fall, owner of Fall Properties, a couple of times over the last several years and she is top-notch! First of all, she is extremely knowledgable about both the real estate business and the local market. Add this to her winning personality and you have a realtor you will want to use again and again. She makes you feel very comfortable discussing your wants and needs in a home and gives you great tips on how to sell your current home. When looking at new properties, she has a way of sensing what you like and don't like without you even having to put it into words. It's like having your best friend act as your realtor. This is very important when you are making such an important life decision. If you choose another realtor, you are missing out!
