For the past several years I have been a state farm customer. Whenever I need to make any changes I would always call your office and the person I speak with is Cherrie Cornwell. She is always pleasant, helpful and very patient with me. She answers all the questions that I pose to her. Lately I have been making a lot of changes such as adding a new vehicle or refinancing. Cherrie has always there been there for me to provide me with all the service and products that I need. Lately I have been working with a mortgage company to refinance my house and the processor is one that goes by the book. Cherrie had talked to her on my behalf to explain the situation. When the processor was not willing to budge Cherrie quickly provided me with a quote to satisfy the needs of the processor/mortgage company. You are very lucky to have an insurance agent like Cherrie Cornwell.
