Review content:
the first time i went in i couldn't believe how long it took to process the orders. Why does every place have a setup where you have to shout repeatedly what you want over the preparation machines and music? Couldn't you just flag some notes on a pre printed card and pass it in?
Next time I went in I hadn't eaten all day, it was about 4:45. there were 2 employees, two people ahead of me, a guy talking on his cellphone and a girl. After at least 25 minutes, the guy behind the counter i had ordered from turned to me and asked what kind of bread I wanted! They had not even started yet! I could have gotten behind the counter and made it myself and been out of there by then! I walked out, completely frustrated, to angry even to buy a bag of chips. i guess I tested their production capabilities too heavily.
