Let me say I never have written a review. How ever i have spent the last 2 days in tears becasue of my hair! I called and asked for a senior stylist, asked to please make sure she was great with short hair styles. I showed up excited and ready! As a AVEDA trained stylist you know what to expect when you get to an AVEDA salon. After my person greated me, i told her what i wanted and how its done as to not have to worry about and uh ohs.. Short hair is the hardest.. She said she had been doing this for 15 years and not to worry.. I assumed she understood when i said what i wanted. She then took me to shampoo and didnt drape me, thats a no no.. After she began cutting my hair and i pointed out i didnt think that was the best way, as i have fine hair and if she used sheers i would get bald spots. She told me again she had been doing hair 15 years.. I sat back and didnt say a word. By the time she was done i was so upset, i looked in the mirror and said out loud "this sucks". I was devistated!! I have blad spots all over my head and it look like something I would have done to a barbie doll that i didnt like as a child. Again let me say I am a stylist so i know how hard cuts can be, and how to talk to the person doing your hair. I wasnt rude nor mean to her. She has screwed my hair up so bad I have to cancle a job interview that i have been trying to get for weeks!! I will never EVER go to this Salon again, and as an Aveda stylist i am sick to even to say AVEDA has its name on that place.
