Review content:
My husband bought a gift ctf last year as a birthday present for me. Shortly after my birthday, I was diagnosed with a disease that precluded me having any message.
I recently called to see if I could use the ctf, but was told by the receptionist that the owner would have to verify as I couldn't find the card or ctf. (I was pretty upset after the diagnosis, and a little absent minded.)
I was told to call back but that she was sure the owner, Linda Scott, would honor the $75 ctf.
Well, I called back and spoke to Diane, the receptionist and she said under no circumstances would they honor the ctf. I was prepared to dig thru our bank statements and show where we paid the fee. However, without that slip of paper you're out of luck.
Yes, I usually use Scarlett's Retreat in McDonough but had said I would try this new salon to give them a chance.
Don't waste your time.
