If you want to have a totally relaxing experience, you have to go to Katherine at Seeds of Calm Spa for a reflexology pedicure and manicure. I have never had reflexology done anywhere nearly as well as done by Katherine. The spa is beautifully decorated by Doreen, and they make you feel right at home. Whether you live here or are vacationing on HIlton Head, it is worth the time spent. You will feel like a new person afterward.
