I just returned from a 1 hr massage at Seeds of Calm Spa & have to say that it was probably the BEST massage I've ever had. I went in for 'stress relief' and lower back pain. She used a number of techniques, including reflexology and over the course of the hour un-did the knots in my neck and back.
The day before I had taken my mother in for her first-ever pedicure -- which she loved -- for both the pampering and leg/foot massage. The entire spa is lovely, from the gentle and fresh scents that greet you as you enter, to the lush use of fabrics, colors, textures and Asian/exotic decorating. I would definitely return and wish we had a day spa like Seeds of Calm back in Pittsburgh!
