I read the above review and if wasn't for the fact I've been doing business with Performance Paintball for 8 years now, I would have thought the gentleman who posted the Very Disappointed comment was referring to NVP.
I can agree with everything in the comment, if you substituted Performance Paintball with NVP. The guys at Performance are amazing and only sell you what you need. They have everything in stock to outfit seasoned pro's or players just starting out. The staff loves new players and is always ready to help and answer questions.
If you want to get bad service and get taken advantage of go to NVP. In fact, that may be the reason NVP is down sizing and has little product and no repair parts, where as Performance is growing and has the largest selection of products and repair parts around. As far as I know all local stores and fields buy from them, if that gives you any idea how good Performance is.
They also have the largest outdoor field in around and best the pricing.
