Good: The customer service was excellent. From my first encounter with them, they were not pushy, they were on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were polite. They advised me that I did NOT have to do all my windows and said I could do as many as I wanted. After the job was done I got a call back and was told that the door they installed needed an additional part. I would never would have known this, but one of the workers came back on his own to correct it. Now I call that customer service.. Bad: There wasn't anything I DID NOT Like. They were all great!!!. Improvements: I can't think of anything I would improve.. Other: No, I'm not a relative. I just happened to open my door one night to a very nice young man who told me about Harley Exteriors. I had been thinking of getting new windows but was turned off by the pushy salespeople from Penguin Windows. I liked that Harley was locally owned and the windows were made locally. I support local businesses. It's good for the local economy. I had 9 windows and 1 door replaced. I plan on doing more in the future. I highly recommend Harley Exteriors..
