I just tried this place for the first time. I had take-out. I find very few decent Indian restaurants around which saddens me because I grew up in the UK where we were used to GOOD Indian food and LIVED on it-(Huge Indian population).
This food is EXCELLENT. For the first time in the USA, where the palate is not so used to this type of cuisine, I have found a restaurant that actually trims their meat properly. I cannot stand finding fat and gristle in food. It puts me off and I cannot finish. I had lamb and chicken and both were fantastic. The sauces were nice and hot and tasty too. Good naan bread also. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed the food from Dales...WELL DONE...
