After seeing this place and it's big burrito on the Man Vs. Food show we drove 1/2 way across the US to take the challenge.
The flavor can only be explained as water and potatoes. There was barely any meat at all and I don't think they drained the water from boiling the potatoes as the burrito was almost floating in water. The potatoes weren't even cooked all the way.
No amount of sauce or spices could make it have enough flavor to even attempt to eat.
On the way out I spoke with the owner about my experience, even stating that we drove 1300 miles for the challenge... he pretty much brushed me off.
