To Whom It May Concern:
My company has done business with Heirloom for many years and we have never recieved anything but good quality pictures and service. Now for the people who say they haven't received their pictures would probably be people who didn't pay for them. We do business with Frank several times a year and are very pleased with his quality and his business ethics. Frank stands behind his work and we have never been unhappy.
