Review content:
Being a foster parent and a multi-pet owner, finding a sensitive, efficient and understanding vet is in itself no easy task. I found one in Dr. Rebecchi- he truly knows his stuff- he isn't arrogant or in anyway attempting to waste your time or money.
I'm not equally as pleased with the support staff and found Dr. Chapman to have some personality issues for sure- I am not certain he is still there and that to me is a bonus.
I have a thick file for my own pets and for each of my fosters. All that I bring there are treated as if they were the unique, special creatures that they of course are- and that's generally the first time they've ever had that sort of detailed attention.
I trust Dr. Rebecchi's medical opinion 1000 percent even though every time he looks at me the word PARVO flashes across my forehead. I'm quite sure he forgets my name but not my nemesis for puppies from shelters. Still, unlike many vets in this city- especially Queen Village, he will see my often- dying babies and treats them in the manner they deserve. The rest don't want these as I was told, "animals I pick up off the street' they have after all "an exclusive clientelle." WELL with Dr. R I do not have to say EXCUUUUUUSE US!' Oh and I don't pickem up off the street- animal control does that- and those irresponsible owners dump them at the shelters.
Choose Rebecchi- he's the best.
