We purchased our new Ford Focus in May. Upon arrivial we were met by David Worley and were immediately made to feel comfortable. Even though we had our 2 seven year ol granddaughters with us David spent time with us, showing us the cars we were interested in, answering our questions. He was professional, knowledgable and respectful of our request to give us a bottom line price without a lot of bargaining. He understood our budget and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
He made our experience pleasant and pressure free, educated us about the special features and then made sure that everything was to our satisfaction a few days later.
David is an excellent example of what a Ford salesman should be!
