I have had neck pain for the last 4 years, on and off. When it hits, my neck locks up and I can't turn my neck. After doing my research online, and visiting 3 other local clinics, I found Southwest Spine & Sports treatment recommendations the best. I have completed a series of cervical decompression sessions, done a ton of spinal exercises and had amazing adjustments. I also purchased a cervical pillow that helps keep my neck in line as I sleep. I enjoyed the staff and best of all, i could afford the treatment. thank you all! Highly recommended!
