Review content:
lousy service. Went in to change a "D" string on violin. Waited this older CSR to complete another customer and was informed by him "I'll be right with you, Ms.." Waited for him to finish whatever he was doing after the other customer left, to find out later, that he was ringing out .. and a young colleague OF his will attend. By then, I hv allowed the customer after me to be attended by this young CSR. Waited for another 15-20 mins or so... WHY CAN'T THEY BE COURTEOUS ENOUGH TO LET YOU KNOW IF YOU CAN NOT BE ASSISTED as your shift is over ..., and to learn about it later. Not professional.. at all. I was planning to buy a Yamaha Violin but left. By the way, the young CSR was in a hurry to finish replacing the "D" string and did not get the violin tuned up right ... as her regular customer was waiting ...,
