Review content:
Todaro's opened a second store in the Clemson/Central area this summer. Along with the great Pizza many of you know and love, they are now making many traditional Italian dishes with great flair. I've enjoyed Pasta Primavera with a light garlic butter sauce. Cheese tortellini made fresh (flash frozen), not dry and pasty. The Pasta Matrix is what makes it work. Like linguine, garlic and shrimp? Make your favorite dish the way you like it. Made to order with ingredients so fresh you'll swear Mama Todaro is in the kitchen herself! (She's back in New Jersey with Papa, ;-) )
And did I mention Pizza? Todaro's makes the best stuffed (double crust) pizza I've ever had. You might not be able to eat it all there, so take the rest home. It's great heated again in your own oven. The crust at Todaro's is a nice chewy flavorful hand made dough. Ask for some garlic dipping sauce, because you'll want to eat all of this crust! Sauses are mild and flavorful. REAL cheese on everything.
