Review content:
Well By Nature is at the top of Bearden Hill between Northshore and Papermill. It is an off-shoot of Nature's Pantry, a natural and whole foods store next door. I really hate the design of this ugly purple building with the bad metal "art". But I wasn't going for aesthetics here. I was having shoulder and neck pain and heard that A. Gray was an excellent therapist. She worked using recommendations by my chiropractor and helped relieve my pain immediately. I was impressed with the room ambiance and overall peacefulness of the various therapy areas. My therapist interviewed me thoroughly before we started (a good sign of her professionalism) and was very intuitive once the massage began. She was able to locate my trouble spots quickly and did not overwork the muscles. I will return as often as I can.
