I have lived at Winchester Pointe for ten years. Five of these years I have served on the Board of the Homeowner's Association for Winchester Pointe. Talis has been the property manager for Winchester at least since I moved there in 2000. As a board member I am very well acquainted with Talis and their job performance. Their service is excellent and response time to questions and problems very prompt. I am particularly impressed with Bonnie Giles our current property manager. She is very efficient and pro-active in alerting our Board to subjects that need attention and keeping us abreast of changing rules and regulations. A Property Manager's job is to assist a homeowner's association in enforcing the rules and regulations set forth in the By-Laws of the Association. The Board makes the decisions on how the homeowner's dues are spent to maintain the community and they also vote on any fines to be levied on homeowners who are in violation of the rules set forth in the B-Laws. So, when CarolinaGirl74, who made comments below, complains about how awful Talis is because they "nickel and dimed" her, it was not Talis, but the Board who approved these "nickels and dimes" Talis is just the messenger. Talis is an excellent organization.
