They diagnose fictitious problems and purposely left actual solution unperformed to try and squeeze 2 visits out of me. Typical dirty south, your not from around here mentality. I WOULD USE FRANKLIN TIRE & AUTO for my ford service needs. I drive a 2001 Cobra Mustang. I took it there because American Lubefast put a quart too much oil in the car which shouldn't be a problem, but I started having a dead cylinder. I take it to them, they say I need a new valve cover gasket, and new plugs (wrong) but I allow them to fix that. During this they check my fuel injectors (not that closely). They say one is totally broken and 3 have trouble closing. I pay to have one replaced, and plan to fix the rest. I get my car back after $1100 dollars and the problem is still there. Service light comes on as I am leaving the lot. I call to set up a follow-up appointment for the fuel injectors. I here the mechanic say 3 hours for the job. Then the lady on the phone asks him with a Nod and a Wink, "Don't you need to take off the intake ;)" A 5 min job. Then the phone goes silent. I am sure sign-langauge insues. Then I hear the lady ask again with a nod and a wink. "Don't you need to take off the intake ;)" I can't what I hear. Dishonesty in not intelligence. This is something they don't understand. I took my car to Frankin Tire and Auto. They looked at for 30-minutes and found the problem. One of the fuel injectors had come unplugged. THAT WAS ALL. I am out 1100 for know reason at all. They are crooked crooked crooked. In order for them to check the injectors they would have had to pull the wire and re-attach. This means they saw the actual cause, and purposely put it back the same way just so the problem would manifest itself again. I new set of injector would have been $1400 additional dollars, and are not necessary. SO TO RECAP, They said I needed a new valve cover gasket (wrong It was only a year old, I still have the same small amount of oil in the same places not causing any problems). They said I needed new plugs (wrong also only
