Clemence is an outstanding service tech. He created an atmosphere of customer trust and confidence. Our furnace has been thouroughly inspected and repaired.
We called at 10:30pm and he was here at 11:30pm working on it and did not leave until after midnight.
It s been working like a charm since he left yesterday. Thank you Clemence.
