I paid $350 for supposedly tie rod replacement and wheel alignment...I was there for 3 hours and they said they ordered the parts and it would take a while to find one....with all those LIES, guess what my independent mechanic showed me that the tie rod was never replaced it is still old and rusty they just tightened it. my wheel was not also aligned and it was toe in. Very very dishonest people in the industry. I know it a needle in a haystack to find an honest mechanic but at least one hay (firestone auto care) you don't have to bother with. Go somewhere else.
