I have lived in the SF Bay Area my whole life and can remember Caspers Hot Dogs as being #1 . You generally don't have to wait very long in line except during lunch hours between noon & one. There is another place in our wonderful Bay Area where hotdogs are good & cheap. But Caspers tops those guys any day. Please make a note that the San Pablo city location on San Pablo avenue down from the junior college has closed. But there is still one on Macdonald in Richmond and one in Pleasant Hill. * * * * * 5 star rated here ~ Pros: Great tasting hot dogs & ample parking ~ Cons: The old store in San Pablo down from the junior college was closed :(
