Businiess name:  Century 16

The Century 16 Movie Theater, located off the 101 exit at Shoreline Blvd., is an aging movie theater. They don't take credit cards (you have to use this ridiculous fandango.com site to buy your tickets online if you want to use your visa card), the concession stand is a bit wacko (it's like a cafeteria where you grab everything then wait in a separate line to pay), and the theater is often dirty (they have to hire more cleaning staff). The upholstry on the chairs are aging and starting to show its wear as well. That said, on weekend nights, the theater is still amazingly full. There is plenty of free parking, but there are friday evenings when it's not easy to find a spot. Movies are $9.75 at the time of this writing. $6.75 if you have a student ID or for a matinee (2pm or before) showing.
