This is the best Buick Dealership that I have ever been to for my car. I have been going here for the better part of two years and I have never been disappointed. They always check all the fluids, wash the outside, vacuum out the inside, and clean up after themselves. I didn't realize just how spoiled I was getting until I moved to Virginia and the dealership not only had horrible customer service but left trash in my vehicle when I picked it up!
The facilities are clean and the staff in the service department are all very friendly and helpful. As a single female I have often gotten the feeling that mechanics and car shops feel that because I am a female I don't know anything and they can try to talk me into "great deals". This has never happened to me at Seaside Buick and the staff has always only presented legitimate problems and solutions. The worst part about leaving San Diego was leaving this awesome dealership behind.
