Sushi Katsu-ya is by far--by far--the best sushi restaurant I have been to. Once you eat here, it becomes the standard by which you compare all others. Don't get fooled by the decor and the strip mall location. It is the food that is terrific. Must try the Baked Crab Hand Roll and the Seared Tuna with Japanese Salsa. It is absolutely addicting. I have taken several friends there, and they are now all hooked.
