Am so glad I can vent about Katsuya. Someone gave me $200 certificates so we called to make a reservation and they said if we got there at 6:30 we could walk in. No chance. We were turned away uncermoniously...and very upset. We have had numerous such experiences at this highly overrated place. The sushi is good but not good enough to warrant being with people who are too full of themselves to know who the customer is. I will probably ask them if they will cash my certificates and let others wait, and wait and wait...
Pros: if you can get in the sushi is ok
Cons: terrible service all the way around
