I was dreading taking my car in for maintenance, as many people do. You expect to be ripped off, plain and simple--boy was I pleasantly surprised by my experience at this place. First of all, the owner--who's name is Yuri--was actually onsite, overseeing the whole operation. I was impressed by the kindness I was shown, and the honesty of the professionals working there (as in, they didn't have to tell me that some of the services in the initial estimate were relatively low-priority and could wait a month or two). I was in and out in an hour, and now have much more piece of mind. Customer for life!
