I am pleased with the vicinity and facilities of Sunrise Bay where I reside and where I also recommend the apartments to my friends and visitors.
I have one suggestion though, SECURITY GUARD or a roaming security hired by the corporation is almost a must to have in our apartment complex to demotivate robbers to break in to the next apartment just like in the recent past. With the rates of the rent, it is but reasonable to include safety to community.
I am hopeful this is do-able or to be considered, for safety is the main thing for us residents.
