Review content:
"I brought my cat to Briarcliff Animal Clinic for an emergency visit
last Sunday. I chose Briarcliff because it was the only place I could
find that was open on a Sunday (besides Pets Are People Too--which I
have tried previously, but was not impressed with). I was a little
nervous, given the mixed reviews, but since my choices were limited, I
decided it was the best thing to do for my cat.
The doctors and staff were wonderful. My cat saw Dr. Clealand, who
was extremely helpful and caring. He diagnosed my cat's blocked
bladder pretty quickly and walked me through the treatment options.
He took the time to explain everything to my husband and me, answered
all of our questions, and updated us with calls twice a day.
All told, my cat spent 4 days (3 nights) at Briarcliff while
recovering from his blocked bladder. We visited him every night, and
on each visit, we were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted with
our cat.
We are are definitely going to switch vets after our very positive
experience this week."
