"We are writing this to make you aware of the Sales experience we had at your Dealership while making the purchase of our new 2005 Chevy Silverado Truck. We found it necessary to let you know that we found our Salesman, Ron Franklin to be the most helpful, knowledgeable and diplomatic sales person we have ever had sell us a vehicle. We are in our mid fifties and needles to say we have had many sales experiences again this was the very most pleasant. Kudos to you, for employing such an exemplary person to represent your company in this capacity. It is people like him that will make us happy to refer him to our friends and relatives.The rest of the people we dealt with were great too, Mark Cooper the Finance Manager was also more than decent in his part there. Matt Murphy was very friendly and helpful as well. It was overall a good and memorable experience.
This is the type of service that will keep customers coming back to Larry Miller Dealerships and it is Salespeople like him that will make us proud to send people his way, which will not only benefit him but the company as well."
