The bed was a plus, very comfortable, reminded me of home! Much more comfortable than the bed next door at Best Western where we stayed just a few weeks ago. IMO, if ya gotta good bed and good service... how bad can it be? (lol)When I checked out, I noted the issues at the front desk... and the woman checking us out immediately wrote them all down and was actually thankful for reporting the needed corrections. In fact, she said we should have called... to have them corrected while we were there. But she understood that with everything else going on with the hospital, that by the time we noted the TV issue we were already in that comfy bed and just didn't want to hassle with getting presentable again to deal with it then. We will be returning here when my wife is scheduled for her follow up appointment at Loma Linda.
