This is a “Thank You” to Jason Peltier who handled our event for Serra International on Aug. 28 at the Mission de Alcala with professionalism and accuracy.
From start to finish she arranged to schedule the catering to our complete satisfaction and within our limited budget. The captain and servers provided an extremely high level of service. They stayed beyond their normal time because the guests had such a good evening that they lingered later than normal. But the servers waited until the guests started to leave before collecting the tableware.
All of our guests were impressed by the food and service will surely call on for future events when the need arises.
