This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced by a so-called professional. The staff is rude, unprofessional and condensending. They make it clear that they are motivated by money. Never once have they shown any concern for my vision or well-being. I have been a patient for over 2 years - only because it was the only provider in town my insurnace would approve. The staff only cares about money. Never once have I been asked if I have any vision problems. They repeatedly billed my former insurance even though I told them I no longer had insurance. When they found out I was unemployed they were extremely rude and kept demanind to know if I was able to pay. I told them that I wouldn't be making an appt if I couldn't pay. But I refuse to pay this much money and be treated like crap. Take your business to Walmart and Dr. Price. It is cheaper and a lot nicer.
