When I reserved a room with a king size bed and put on my card I should have had this room held for me.I had a six hour drive and was not pleased by my room being given to another guest. The front desk was very polite and sorry for the problem. I received another room with two smaller beds, Not a serious problem because the staff was quick to remedy the problem. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and was pleased with the food and service. I would gladly stay at t his hotel anytime. All employees were very friendly and made my stay a pleasant one. The room was done thought the best western website and could have been their error in my room not available upon arrival. Thank You.
