Review content:
Words of praising for a deserving company. Our Frigidaire front-load washing machine was making the banging noise which was of concern to us. We called a few companies, they were nice enough but did not take their time in talking with us.
We found Paul's Service and knew from the beginning of the conversation that this was a different service company. Taking their time on the phone to give us an estimate and diagnosis. The technician stated that the "shocks," had failed as a result of wear.
Paul's Service was out at our home the next day.
The diagnosis was accurate and their estimate was completely accurate.
We highly recommend this company.
