Review content:
Cotardo's is one of our favorite restaurants and I've been eating there for 20+ years now. With each dinner entree you get Soup AND Salad plus a tasty garlic bread (free refils). That's usually enough to fill you up and make you happy since their soups are delicious. If you still have room, the entrees are all very generous portions and reasonably priced (most under $20). I've been getting the Cioppino exclusively for 18 years (I've not had anything else there since I discovered this dish) It comes in red or white sauce - I get the red, my wife prefers the white (seafood stock). It is, by far, the best Cioppino I've ever had. We have stopped ordering this dish at other restaurants because we keep comparing it to Cotardo's and everyone else's just comes short. For desert try the Tartuffo. Not too many places carry it and it's delicious. Two small (quirky to me) complaints. Then need some real wine glasses (it's BYOB) not the fruit cup glasses they use. Also, their coffee mugs are clear glass and I don't like clear glass coffee mugs - I know, it's weired. Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices, BYOB. It's as good as it gets in their price range.
