For a horse track that can't be beat, check out the santa anita park racing track. It was built back in the 1930s when Arcadia was still a huge orchard field and land was cheap.
The horse races here are frequent as they are amazing, and are broadcast by satellite all over the world. You can find a variety of different betting schemes from trifecta to a single winner to pick top 7. There is literally something for everyone.
The cafe at the park is great too. There's a wide selection of american food, and it's a selection that can't be beat.
Good eats. Good entertainment. Find it at the santa anita park.
