My wife and I consider C and L to have the best service in the San Gabriel Valley. We used them years ago and were When my wife got into her accident, Mercury referred us to a couple of other body shops, when we had called them , we began a quick road to chaos. We could not believe the hassle and lack of customer service these companies were giving us; it was evident that we were a burden and our requests were being ignored. We became immediately frustrated in an already frustrating situation. I remembered C and L and the service they gave us in the past and I reminded my wife of our previous experiences with C and L. The moment we made the first call, their sincere desire to help us expeditiously was quite evident. They went way above the call of duty as they had done in the past and it is so refreshing especially in the times we are living in right now where customer service has become a thing of the past. We too provide a service as our profession and we understand the importance of
