Good: Nothing! Absolutely nothing. Please, please take your animals somewhere else. Michigan Humane Society on Auburn Rd. in Rochester Hills is not too far away and the animal stands a much better chance for survival, or at the very least, humane care.. Bad: Dogs' coats look like they've been lying in urine. Cold tile floors with no bedding or toys provided in any of the kennels. No information of any kind posted on kennels as to gender, breed, age, history if known as other shelters do. Seems there's something to hide. No pictures allowed. Among other things, claims problem with Craigslist.. Improvements: Facilities - kennels that allow outside access like others do. Bedding, even if its just some kind of towel. Post pet information. Caring staff that works in a professional manner.. Other: Do the right thing. Be better human beings. You know YOU can do better, much better for these animals. Why are you in this business? Expect more from your employees. With the unemployment rate, they can be replaced with decent, animal loving people willing to work..
