Review content:
Good: Jeff and Joe were friendly cool guys who figured out what the problem was with my PC (it had a virus), recovered all my data, reinstalled my windows and gave me an incredibly clean, fast, working computer within 24 hours. And for half the price of other NYC repair guys. Bad: the location was kind of odd, in a basement of a big building, but once I found them, they had big windows to a leafy courtyard that was very cool. They also worked with a punk rock record label, with posters and music all over the place, so it was a tad messy, but I liked the overall vibve. Improvements: a better location?. Other: I called quite a few other computer repair folks I googled and found on craig's list, and a majority of them were pricey and did not really listen to what I had to say, just wanted me to bring my computer and deal with it. The guys at JoeNYC gave me options, a very reasonable diagnosis fee ($25), which they applied to cost of repair. I could not be happier with my (seemingly) new computer, and I recommend them to my friends. Also, their location is right near NYU, #6, F/V/M train off Houston. thanks Joe.
