Good: NOTHING, I went to elite and wendy Almeida gave me an unlicensed photo facial that she was NOT trained to do I left elite with boils and burns so badly that I had to go to a dermatologist about he said the laser was an older model and the tech had no Idea what they were doing when I went back to show ms. Almeida what she had done to the skin on my face and she couldn't have cared less she gave me half my money back said I was lucky to get that since I reported her to the B.B.B. I also filed a complaint with. Bad: the Attorney General office, I wish I could have sued this place but my dad was sick and dying, I had to care for him, I then went on a online review site where a WENDY ALMEIDA sent out these nasty lying e mails where I was reviewing her spa Wendy said in her e mail calling me HORRIFIC DEROGATORY NAMES saying that I burned myself practicing sick sex ungodly sex acts where I burned my own face(I mean really what kind of business person engages in this type of behavior) she also goes on and lies more in this. Improvements: e mail saying that she had to contact the police to remove me from her property, which never happened, Ms. Almeida is just a liar I wouldn't have gone to the B.B.B. and the Attorney Generals office if I wasn't badly burned and scarred from her UNlicensed BOTCHED PHOTO FACIAL she needs to take responsibility and STOP LYING TO PEOPLE ABOUT IT, but she blames me for speaking out about her UNLICENSED BOTCHED PHOTO FACIAL WHICH SHE REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY INSTEAD SHE IS STILL TRYING TO MAKE HER LIES. Other: STICK, she needs to take responsibility for her own actions and stop blaming others!.
