I had an excellent stay at Hotel VQ because of the staff here. Almost everyone I interacted with was enthusiastic and friendly. That is really refreshing in a hotel experience. The rooms are a little spartan, and cosmetically they could use an update. However, I don't go to hotels for a luxurious experience. I only want to park my bags while I am out and about, and to crash there at night. For this the VQ can't be beat in Denver. It is within a few miles of downtown, just across from the stadium. Unbelievable location for the price. The free shuttle is another nice bonus. They will drop you off and pick you up (until 11:00PM) within a three mile radius, which can save on cab fare for those nights on the town.
