Review content:
We would like to thank the staff and workers for the professional and wonderful job they did in restoring our condo after we experienced a devastating flood from our upstairs neighbor. Max who was the supervisor and foreman of the job did an excellent job of bringing together a crew who worked very hard to make this all possible. From the very beginning Max controlled the situation and constantly reassured us that all things would work out and we would be very happy with the final outcome. His knowledge of construction and ideas are amazing and his dedication to get the job done in the best way possible was truly remarkable. He never promised anything that he did not deliver. We believe that Max is a wonderful employee who should be highly commended for highly professional way he handles his job and the understanding he shows in dealing with customers when they are under severe distress. We give Max an A+ for his dedication, and job performance and understanding of human nature. We would also like to express our thanks to the crews who carefully packed up our belongings, prepared the work site, unpacked and did the entire cleanup. These people all did a great job for the tasks they were assigned and we were generally pleased with all the methods and results of their hard work. At the same time our congratulations and heartfelt thanks have to go to the members of Max’s crew who did a phenomenal job in their assigned tasks. Thank you Alex, George, and Nestie; for you all worked very hard, sometimes putting in very long hours, and even worked while they were ill. They showed true professionalism and we never heard them complain even when the job did not go completely as planned. Last but not least, your carpenter Zander and his family designed and installed a beautiful kitchen and bathroom of wood and granite. Their measurements were precise and their work was truly professional. We believe our completed kitchen and bathrooms are as good as or better than any other completed projects in our neighborhood.
